• Enhanced reconciliation systems by adding a new adjustment bucket to reduce manually handled exceptions when reconciling statements during resets in the CFD space, reduced 120 exceptions per reset across funds increasing STP rate across.
• Worked on adding a rule set to pull reconciliation statuses for below MTA (Minimum Transfer Amount) netmar to close and reduce manual exception handling, 50+ accounts impacted daily, saved 20 mins/day.

• Optimized FCM selection trading systems and applications to reduce latency/time when fetching trade positions by 60 percent using Redis caches for non give up markets.
• Created a new email notification service that alerts users when manual CSwap rate fixing is needed in Aladdin.
